Yes. Custom made items will be priced according to the complexity of the request. In addition, there is a standard non-refundable special/custom order set-up fee of $45.00. This fee is used to evaluate your request and design images that we will send to you via email to obtain approval before we start your project as well as a final price. Once you provide approval and we receive your payment, we will begin production of your item. Please keep in mind that you are under no obligation to place an order if you are not completely satisfied with the proposed design that we email to you.
