I can’t understand sometimes why health insurance companies do that. I think, what they must have specified in the agreement should be the one to be followed. Do they stick to the insurance agreement? What I know of is they’ll only pay for what the insurance holder has used or coverage of the insurance. They should have permitted you to fill locally because you have the prescription and it’s for the patient’s advantage. What they should do is just to make refunds on expenses as described in the agreement. If they really want they are the ones to buy it for you then they must assure you that medications arrive on time and whatever happens to the patient because of the delay of the medication shall be their liability. They should have legal and exclusive messengers just for that purpose.
