A. The FDA does not approve any pigment colors for insertion into the skin. The iron oxides that we use for tattooing are approved for topical use only. Iron oxide pigments may be used in cosmetic make-up that Channel, Lancome, Clinique, Bobby Brown, MAC and others may use.
