Are there any fair/carnival type things going on in PORTLAND OREGON?
Portland Saturday Market and Portland Farmers Markets are both running. For many people those *seem* like carnivals, though they run for many weekends throughout the year (whereas a carnival or fair is a few days once a year or less). After mid-May, Tom McCall Waterfront Park has some festival or another almost every weekend through mid-September.
