Are there any facts which support the length of time it takes to develop schizophrenia after marijuana abuse?

I read a report that was posted on healthcentral.com/schizophrenia that smoking marijuana can in fact cause a person to develop a psychosis (such as schizophrenia), and if the person is genetically predisposed to developing a psychosis it can cause it to begin earlier in life than it would have otherwise. I don’t recall whether it had any time estimates.
