Yes you can mark resumes as short listed or rejected. To do this, follow the steps: • Login to your corporate control panel. • Click on the number belongs to the column Applied next to the job title. • System will provide you the list of resumes (20 resumes in each page) submitted against you job circulation. • Tick the box belongs to the Action column of a resume. • At the end of the page there are two buttons Short List and Reject. Click Short List button to short list the resume or click Reject button otherwise.
