Are there any extra fees, taxes, or surcharges?
Regular orders do NOT have any extra fees, taxes or surcharges. Our special web package prices reflect a discount of 10% off our regular rates. If you reserve over the phone, you will be charged our regular rates. The following fees may also be charged: $30 rush fee– if you are booking a job less than 3 days away $70 per each additional floor over 3 floors with no elevator $20 reschedule fee– if rescheduled less than 2 days before the scheduled time $50 “nobody home fee”– if our team shows up to an empty house at the scheduled time, and nobody shows up within 30 minutes, we reserve the right to bill your card.
