Are there any extra costs for processing a refund?
Not at all. Companies that ask for extra money in order to process refunds are usually not worth talking about. When we state that you receive a full refund, we mean exactly that. No costs for processing refunds are applicable. The only thing needed is a bit of patience on your part, since banks usually take about 5 days to make refunds effective back on your credit card. That part is obviously out of our control.
