Air, bus and train fares unless part of the AmbEx scheduled academic tours. Additionally there is oftentimes a fee associated with obtaining a student/study visa. This cost varies from country to country, year to year. Some programs may require local health insurance coverage upon arrival in the country. You will also want to research your own personal health insurance coverage to confirm whether or not you are covered overseas and whether or not you need to purchase additional coverage.
