Are there any exercises to make yourself taller?
No, there’s nothing you can eat or do to make yourself taller – but I really don’t think you should be worried about it! 5’4″ is a very good height for a woman – I’m pretty sure it’s just about average anyway, but even if it’s a little bit on the small side I would say that’s a good thing, not a bad thing! Smaller is feminine, sexy, and very huggable. And it comes with little feet too, which is always preferable to big ugly flappy flipper man feet..! Your height is really not a problem at all – wear heels if you want to appear a bit taller when out and about, they’ll make your legs look longer too. At age 3 or 4 it’s impossible to tell how tall a person will be – your doctor was just guesstimating based on typical growth patterns – not stating fact. I’m not sure calcium supplements are necessary or even very wise unless your doctor’s suggested you would benefit from them – I would drop them, eat healthily, and enjoy the fact you’re not a big-footed giraffe in a frock! 😀 PS.
