squats and leg presses will help a ton… especially off the walls its also good to be flexible for the starts off blocks because the lower u can get while still being in a good position (requires a lot of flexibility) the more power u can have off of the block which ultimately leads to a longer/farther start, which helps sheds the seconds in your race.
