Are there any exceptions to the information explained above about breaking a lease?
An exception will be made if the tenant(s) decide to purchase a home of their own with the services of an agent of North West Properties the lease can be broke without penalty. At the time that an offer to purchase is accepted to create a contract between the buyer and the seller, the tenant (buyer) will give written notice of their intent to break the lease. Their cooperation will be expected as North West Properties seeks to re-lease the home after they move out and occupy their purchased home.
