Are there any exceptions to the guidelines forbidding use of industry logos?
Pens, pads, apparel and other office items should be free of vendor logos. Exceptions to this policy are (1) educational materials that are not available in any other form except as produced by certain vendors and (2) certain instruments in the ORs and other procedural areas that come with company names affixed to them.
