Are there any exceptions to having to provide the data (annual return)?

0

There are two exceptions to the requirement to provide quality indicator data: • RTOs that were not registered during the relevant reporting period. The registering body will know this and such RTOs are not required to do anything. • RTOs that have not provided any nationally recognised training or assessment services within the reporting period. In this case RTOs will need to provide a statutory declaration to the registering body stating this.
