There is an English pub in Hanoi that served bangers, fish & chips, etc. along with a short list of English beers. The pub is in the French Quarter of Hoan Kiem Lake next to a big hotel. Bia Toi Tiep in Hanoi serves a variety of European dishes, however, it is not strictly an English restaurant. They have a great microbrewery right in the restaurant that makes you feel like you could be in England! I haven’t found an English pub or restaurant in Saigon yet, but I’m sure there is one hidden somewhere in that city.
