Early repayment penalties can be between 0% – 0.5% depending upon the lender. Some Spanish Banks will not charge the redemption penalty if you are purchasing another property & arrange the new mortgage through them.

Ans. No there are no redemption penalties charged by Fair Trade Finance unlike most other bridging finance companies who charge at least early redemption penalties which is unfair because bridging finance is short term finance anyway.
