Are there any differences of demo and real trading?
Yes, it is, though nominal ones. If demo trading, all the operations are executed by computer program without participation of dealers. If real trading, participation of dealers take place with 95 per cent of all the trades. The dealers receive other orders, they at once get into touch with one from our clearings and receive from it either confirmation that this price still exists, or a new price being offered a trader right now. As soon as the dealer will confirm the price, the position in the window “Open Positions” will be opened. And one more slight difference, you may execute your transactions on demo when days off, when the market doesn’t operate, and the prices remain unchangeable. This is done for serviceability of these traders who desire to study the system during their rest-days.
