Are there any differences, concerning taste and appearance, between the organic and the conventional products?
The natural process of the cultivation of the organic products, allows them to keep intact their natural composition, their nutrients, vitamins and minerals, thus making them superior compared to the conventional ones. The difference in taste is important. The fruits and vegetables are more delicious and have more intense aroma. Furthermore, organic products are more digestible; for people who have digestion problems, it is important. The look, shape and colour of the organic products are what nature gave them. Given the fact that the variations that are used are local, with minimum or not at all “exogenic” improvement, there could be some differentiation between the crops. It is certain, that organic products are not “uglier”, but natural, safe, healthy and delicious.
