Are there any differences between the deaf persons experience making a phone call over video relay and using a VRI interpreter?
A. With VRI, the Deaf person has their hearing provider in the same room with them, allowing the Deaf person to see all the facial expressions and body language of that person, where in VRS the Deaf person can only see the interpreter.
