ERCs and Viewers receive an e-mail reminder when reports are available for certification and 15 days before the certification deadline. PIs receive a reminder 10-days before the certification deadline if they still have open Effort Reports. PIs also receive a third notification 5 days after the certification deadline if the certification is overdue.
