Are there any countries that have no immigration restrictions?
most countries have some sort of regulations and controls as to immigration and nationality and there are no countries that I know of that will offer free nationality or immigration with no ties attached, especially in this day and age. However many countries require only financial investment as a pre-condition of immigration. These include Mauritius and Dubai.
