The EMT program requires liability insurance in order for students to participate in the EMT lab and clinical aspect of the program. The cost is $40. Students must also purchase a training t-shirt for $15. When the student takes the written exam for California State EMT certification, the cost is $70. The only extra cost for the Fire Technology program would be for uniforms if you are admitted into the Fire Internship program. Those costs are a minimum of $355 and detailed in the section on the internship.
