Indian head massage can safely be used for most conditions however we would not treat in the event of the following recent head or neck injuries, recent operations, drug or alcohol intoxication, unstable diabetes, unstable high or low blood pressure and a dysfunction of the nervous system ie meningitis. The following conditions can be treated but do discuss with your practitioner prior to the session as caution may need to be exercised. Conditions where there is a dysfunction of the nervous system ie loss of skin sensation, fainting or dizzy spells, spastic conditions, history of thrombosis or embolism, epilepsy and in the event of a migraine attack at the time of treatment.
