Are there any concerns that the use of the ISDA Master Agreement may affect participation in the RFP?
The tailoring of the ISDA Master Agreement conforms with Appendix K (which are the Supplemental Recommendations filed by the Illinois Power Agency and approved by the Illinois Commerce Commission). We are unaware that this form of contract would affect participation in the RFP. 9/2/2010, in Long-Term Renewable Energy and RECs RFP.
