There are no command line options (facilities) to produce reports within UpdateEXPERT. The report engine is actually a DLL file (UEReportEngine.dll) for speed and efficiency. However, “File > Export” from within UpdateEXPERT allows creation of a CSV file that can be manipulated in Excel or imported into SQL.
