Ans: Players have to wear the IndianOil colours on all occasions except when asked to wear the India Colours. Players will identify and introduce themselves in all public appearances as a member of the IndianOil family. Players shall be made to sign an undertaking at the time of joining that forbids them from endorsing IndianOil’s competitors products. Players will declare cash awards won by them as per applicable CDA rules / standing Orders. Players to accept sponsorships with prior approval of HR head of the Division. Players to give over riding priority to Corporation’s tournament over other events. If any sportsperson fails to adhere to above norms, necessary action as deemed fit by the management would be taken in terms of the CDA Rules / Sports policy. These codes are in addition to the normal codes / certified standing orders for our officers / staff.
