Are there any charities or organisations who help support parents with a terminal illness?
as for your first concern, i’d talk to your husband about it…i mean, if you don’t want him to go carting your child off to another country upon your demise, have a *will* drawn up NOW, by a lawyer, stating what shall happen in such a case, should either of you die, and have it signed by both of you… while it won’t completely prevent him from possibly leaving the country, hopefully, he’d abide by your wishes, as well as the legal system in the country in which you currently live. as for your second concern, there are organizations that have free bereavement counseling available for children…i’d look that up in your local phone book, on the web, or ask your pediatrician. as far as books that help children deal with bereavement, there’s a ton of them out there. the link below has an extensive list.
