For RMAR reporters – Following earlier reviews we have reduced the RMAR data requirements by some 30% since 30 September 2008. The RMAR changes document provides a summary of the changes. For MLAR reporters – The concession for the MLAR submission period has reverted to 20 business days since reporting began on GABRIEL. For more information please see page 5 of the Information Pack. There had been no changes to the Complaints Return.
