Are there any certification problems with the head restraint height of the Nissan Stagea and Nissan Skyline R33 2 door?

The restraints on the front seats may be too low. Fitting spacers to lift the restraint 72 mm minimum for the Stagea and 15 mm for the Skyline is an acceptable solution. The spacers must be retained when the restraint is removed and so not be likely to be removed by the user. Note: There are different seat variants and only some have the problem. The variants that are acceptable usually have a seat base (at highest setting) to top of restraint (at lowest setting) measurement of about 710 mm.
