Are there any boarding schools for people that aren completely mentally stable?
I think from your style of writing you are in US. There are plenty good schools for students with those kind of difficulties in UK, some are private and some are council run. It is a good idea to approach your district to find out whst schools are available and suitable for your sister. She needs to be properly assessed and the issue of funding or sponsorship needs to be addressed. The should involve an educational and clinical psychologist and a social worker but it is not as alarming as it sounds. They are there to help you.
