Are there any attendance requirements?
Attendance is taken weekly and used to determine financial aid eligibility. Students must log on and submit work at least once a week to be considered attending, generally you will need to log on several times to complete course activities. Specific faculty members may require that you log on a minimal number of times each week.
Yes. According to state law, AZVA is required to offer 180 days of instruction in the 2008-2009 school year. Additionally, statute requires a minimum number of instruction hours per grade level. Contact our office for specific by-grade attendance requirements. AZVA students may log instructional time anytime during the day and on any day of the week. It is important for students to log attendance daily.
