AA and NA are NOT religious based. The program is spritually based and those are 2 wayyyy different things. There are atheists and agnostics in NA. A higher power could be anything. It could be the group or jail. Anything you feel is stronger than you. The concept here is you weren’t enough to handle your drugs or alcohol but something else is. Get it?
