Are there any Association guidelines related to window coverings?
Window coverings have been provided on most of the windows within each home at Stanford Court. The removal and replacement of any window covering, along with the installation of additional window coverings, are subject to approval by the Architectural Committee. Each owner is required to install and maintain, at every window which faces any public or private street within or adjoining the property, draperies, wood blinds or shutters which fall within the Architectural Guidelines.
