There is the Return to Work Reimbursement Program [link] for small employers with 2-50 employees coordinated by the TDI-DWC. Employers are eligible for reimbursement up to $5,000 for special equipment, furniture and other workplace modifications that enable an injured employee to return to work. You must complete and submit the DWC Form-008 [link], the application for the Return-to-Work Reimbursement Program for Employers, to the TDI-DWC.
