Are there any areas of greater geographic need or interest?
There is no preferred geographic area for this solicitation. We are interested in proposals that, if successful, can scale to a nationwide footprint. Also, we are interested in addressing environments that span the range of environments from rural to urban, though it is acceptable for a proposal to address a particular environment with a unique solution.
