Are there any Architectural Guidelines related to personal property, such as furniture or umbrellas that are placed in my patio areas?
Yes, the Architectural Guidelines include rules and guidelines regarding acceptable colors, materials and sizes for patio covers, canopies, shade screens, umbrellas of any kind, as well as patio furniture that are visible from the Common Area or Golf Course. Colors that blend with the exterior colors of The Retreat are required. Select sizes that are compatible with available space in the patio areas.
