Application costs or fees associated with these equity lines vary according to their size and if you are doing them as a stand alone or as a piggyback to another loan. Tthere is an annual membership fee of $50 for the home equity line of credit. This fee is waived for the first year. If you close the account within 24 months of opening it, we will charge you an early account closure penalty of $300.
