Yes, IIS, POP3/SMTP access is required for outgoing mail, a server account is required to collect auto confirms and replies to alerts, FTP is needed for support convenience, IIS is needed to serve up the ASP pages. If user interaction intensifies, you may want to start the NLB load balance services and run multiple IIS servers, which we support.
