Are there any age restrictions on the PrimeStar Plan?

The PrimeStar plan provides different rates for applicants age 65 and older. If an applicant is under age 65 prior to enrollment we will not increase rates solely upon reaching age 65. Subsequent rates will continue to be based off of the under age 65 rate table.
