Are there any affordable cities or towns in California that are safe aswell?
Of course there are safe and affordable cities in California. Just not anywhere near Los Angeles or San Francisco. It depends on what you mean by “affordable” of course. But real estate in the Sacramento and Palm Springs areas are still reasonable. That is, there are still large houses available for $200,000 to $250,000. And Redding and Bakersfield remain relatively cheap even in comparison to that.
