Your account is debited only for minutes used for voicemail access, incoming & outgoing calls. There are no connection fees or monthly service charges. Calls to Directory Assistance are charged $0.85 per call. FCC-mandated surcharge of $0.85 applies for all completed calls placed from a payphone. International calls are billed at the prevailing rate for that country.
