Fuel surcharge ($290 per hour) is included in special pricing. Taxes included-7.5% FET and Domestic Segment Tax per trip segment flown. Cardholder will be responsible for any Exceptional/Extraordinary fees including flight phone, additional catering, de-icing, hangar fees, FBO after-hour fees, and Signature FBO fees. Skyjet will charge charter rates for any flight time above six (6) hours.
