Dec 18, 2008 Our bioluminescent assays should also work with tissue sampels; however, it is essential to maintain ATP levels constant during sample preparation. Therefore addition of ATPase inhibitors (such as detergents or NaF) or pH shifts are strongly recommended for this procedure.
