Are there any academic pre-requisites needed for admission?
The Lundquist College of Business requires you to have completed one term each of microeconomics and macroeconomics before beginning in the program. In addition you must provide evidence of proficiency in mathematics by college-level algebra or calculus or by a score in the 60th percentile or above on the quantitative portion of the GMAT. These pre-requisites can be completed after you have been accepted into the program, but must be done before the fall that you begin at Oregon. In addition to the coursework requirements, the Oregon M.B.A. requires proficiency with commonly used word-processing and spreadsheet software. We recommend–but don’t require–an introductory course in statistics and familiarity with accounting fundamentals.
