Yes. Cancer of the colon or G.I. tract, acute abdominal pain, recent history of G.I. bleeding, recent heart attack, recent cardiovascular condition, uncontrolled hypertension, general debilitation, aneurysm, possible history of seizures, epilepsy, psychoses, severe anemias, severe hemorrhoids, cirrhosis, fistures, fistulas, abdominal hernia, and renal insufficiency.
