The real answer is are you a girl, and can you look nice? Nice looking girls as young as 14 get into South Beach clubs every weekend. I wouldn’t recommend under 18 y.o.’s to do that, but they do. 18-20 y.o. girls do best to get into clubs when they get there about an hour before the club really gets going, and in small groups of 2-4. If you have more, then go 5 minutes apart. Show up at like 11:30p.m. Dress nice. If you’re a guy, or group of guys you could get in under 21, but very unlikely, unless it’s a terrible club, or just a really, really slow night, or you’re famous. Best way to do this is have your hotel put you on the list, and be prepared to give the doorman & the cashier a $20. Some doormen take the money and don’t let you in. Some take it, then turn around, to scan the area for a couple minutes, then will come back and open the rope for you. Anytime you’re giving money to the doorman, be discreet.
