Are there ANY 100% FREE people search sites,organizations or groups?
Public records are usually available at a county courthouse or other public building. The online databases are not government run (there are no such official sites) and that’s how they can charge you. I assume they go through public records and enter the information in their system. It seems they also go through phonebooks and that’s how they get records of people’s phone numbers and addresses. For example, my name has never been on the bill for a landline so I am not listed on most of those sites.
