Are there annual fees associated with vacation ownership in The Aventuras Club?
Yes, ownership dues pay for the professional management and operations of the Aventuras Club facilities. Included in these annual ownership dues are each owner’s pro-rata portion of expenses, which include but are not limited to, utilities, maintenance, furniture replacement, common area expenses, blanket hazard and contents insurance, Homeowner’s management fee, association owned amenity operation and upkeep, property taxes, and daily housekeeping. Every dollar collected of the ownership dues goes directly to the benefit of the Aventuras Club Owners. There is no developer commissions or fees attached to these dues.
