Whilst primary welfare officer is the more common title, some schools have adopted alternative titles, such as: ‘Student Support Worker’, ‘Student/Family Support Worker’, ‘School Wellbeing Officer’, ‘Student Wellbeing Person’ and ‘Community Liaison Worker’.
