Are there alcohol and tobacco-free living environments on-campus?

Both our our first-year residence halls (McCraray & Culbertson are alcohol-free facilities. All of our facilities are tobacco free (this includes smokeless tobacco) and individuals must be at least 20 feet from all UVa-Wise buildings if they wish to use tobacco products.
